1. Order and payment made are NOT refundable after confirmation. 2. All cake orders shall be made at least (2) Two days in advance. 3. NO cancellation or changes of cake flavor and design can be made after payment. 4. NO changes in delivery date and delivery address can be made after payment is made. 5. Delivery options to be self-pickup or delivery by third-party delivery services (Grab or others) and charges accordingly. 6. Multiple products for delivery to the same venue at the same time, under the same customer bill, will be charged a one-time delivery fee. Deliveries to multiple venues or dates, even under the same customer bill, will be charged as separate deliveries. (Kindly place a separate order for a different date or delivery address) 7. We accept payment methods of Visa, Mastercard, online transfer, and e-wallet. 8. JT Patisserie cakes are not allergen-free. Our cakes may contain some or all of the following common food such as milk, eggs, gluten, nuts, soy, and wheat. 9. JT Patisserie cakes are not all alcohol-free. Some cakes contain alcohol, such as Whisky Chocolate.
